It\u2019s all about balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This person represents the present and all that needs to be\ndone for the physical aspects of the business building process. They are the\n\u201cdoer\u201d. This is usually the most visible person of the entire operation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In many cases this person is you, the business owner. Well at\nleast this was you before you decided to quit working for others and start your\nown business. Before you\u2019re your entrepreneur seizure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This person represents the past and works to fix problems\nthrough learning from past mistakes. They are the practical side of the\nbusiness and is in charge of putting together the business and overseeing the\nplanning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Entrepreneur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This person represents the future and the vision for the\nbusiness. They are responsible for the creative side of the business and are always\nconsidering ways to enhance products\/service, business image, branding and\nmore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You can be one, but not\nall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All three of these characters are essential in the success of\nany business and to build a solid foundation from the start, you need to work\nharder to find the right people to put in these roles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the beginning you may find yourself in all three of these\nroles.
